OUR FIREPLACE AND CHIMNEY CLEANING SERVICES INCLUDE
Our Chimney Cleaning and inspections are performed from either inside or outside. This includes cleaning the liner, smoke chamber, and smoke shelf, and firebox. This also includes inspection of chimney caps, screens and glass doors.
All immediate flooring areas surrounding the fireplace are to be covered with appropriate carpet and flooring protection leaving absolutely no mess behind. (Services usually take 1 hour if not more to complete.
INTERNAL CHIMNEY VIDEO INSPECTIONS
Upon completion of cleaning and visual inspection all fireplaces that utilize the original clay liner shall be subject to an INTERNAL VIDEO INSPECTION.
We use an infrared camera that is run from inside the fireplace opening to the top of the chimney. We inspect all mortar joints within and determine there are no holes in the liner or cracked tiles that could create a potential fire hazard.
If any of the above are found then we have the knowledge and experience to make any needed repairs.

WOOD BURNING INSERTS
All wood burning inserts are to be pulled out to have access to liner and smoke chamber. If stainless liner is connected directly to stove then it shall be serviced accordingly.
FREE STANDING STOVES
All free standing stoves shall be serviced as explained in above paragraph, including all flue pipe from appliance to termination point. All stoves that do not utilize a stainless liner system will be subject to an INTERNAL CHIMNEY VIDEO INSPECTIONS.
